Don't ever rent the a car with this company. Trust me! you rent it cheap, but they will scam you to buy their insurance $30 a day. At the end not cheap at all. The car is so dirty. They scams you to buy their insurance for extra $30 a day because they said your insurance not good enough to cover their car but they car old, dirty and never washed it. Also, the deposits is $520 and its took 20days to refund your money back into your credit. If you have a choice .please choose different rental. This is my big mistake to rental ... read more
The car had no windshield washer fluid , the tire pressure all was off, I was dbl charged ....one under priceless car rental and then under next car, on top of the deposit and what I had already paid Expedia for it .... also we arrived and waited inline over 3 hours for this said car , filled the gas tank liked your supposed to and they wrote on paper that it wasnt and also took the car back 20-30 min early, they marked that it was late coming back.....
The shuttle is a long wait. You arrive and check in to find out that my Allstate insurance wasn’t enough. So my $9 a day car rental went from $9 to $45. It’s a bait and switch situation. You are so far away from the airport that you are stuck. When we dropped the car off we had to stand outside in 90 heat for 15 minutes waiting for the shuttle to take us back. We have NEVER experienced the level of shady business dealings as we did with this company. We were 1 of SEVEN groups who arrived at Priceless in Tampa, NONE OF WHICH left with a vehicle. To begin with, I called Priceless to see if they were actually on-site at the airport prior to renting using Economy Bookings. I was told that they were. That was untrue.
