Called 2x and asked what was required to get a rental. I get there and now they want proof of residency because I don’t reside in Greensboro. Wasted my time completely. Not to mention the black lady in the front was rude. Go to dimples down the street or regional car rental. They’re cheaper & uphold standard customer service.

I will never rent from them again they took my entire deposit and picked the car up before I could even drop it off they do not work with you everybody there is beyond rude EVERYBODY I WILL NEVER RETURN AT ALL HAD THE CAR FOR OVER A MONTH AND ALL BECAUSE OF A MISCOMMUNICATION THEY TOOK MY $200 I’m livid don’t rent here at all listen to me they get over on folks ..
