Terrible!!! I rented a car in June of 2023 and still have not got my deposit back. This is the worst company ever!! I got car in Jamaica and car was dirty and was really unsatisfied and as of September 2, 2023 still no deposit returned.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! Waited an hour at the Orlando airport for transportation to off site location, not acceptable. Then, they pushed you to buy damage waivers telling you lies about your insurance or credit card not covering their cars, complete lies! Them, they charge you an additional $15 A DAY for each driver, even if its your spouse. Horrible rental experience I will never repeat.
It was quick and easy. Staff was super friendly and I enjoyed the airport shuttle staff as well
This place is an absolute joke!!!! Alex is rude. We cancelled our reservation and went elsewhere. DO NOT book with them!!!!
Take a look at the Yelp reviews, and don't use this company. The sooner they are in Chapter 7, the better off car renters will be.
