Terrible experience. No call or heads up that the car I was renting was never returned by the previous renter. Could not care less about not having my reservation, made zero attempt to do anything to help. Priceless does not even have a real location here, they just use garages/wrecking yards as their pickup locations. Waste of time
I would never rent a car here , Priceline gave a price and when I got to the place they try to charge me $500 more .I didn't even get my money back for canceling .Worse experience of my life .
Do not rent from this scam company run by scumabags. They rented me a car with damage Ryan he said it was noted in his system but not on the rental agreement filed a fraudulent damage claim with my insurance. Also authorized extension when I went to pay no one was in the office and they filed false police report reported the car stolen and threw all my things out in front of the hotel I had to go get another rental these people are scumebags of the worst kind filed false police report for stolen car and filed fraud claim wit... read more
