There is no information beforehand that states the insurance deductible policy and the shuttle was not timely at all I had to call
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They did not have the SUV I booked for my trip and wanted to downgrade my rental from a suv to a busted minivan. They would not accept my car insurance and the front desk lady was rude and not helpful at all. Please don't book with this company. Save your time and money and book your car rental with anyone else besides Priceless car rental. I hope the owner of this company reads this and checks the schedule for who was working today and give them some customer service classes
SCAM...hidden fees when you arrive. Happened to 3 people before me. We all called Uber and went with another company back at the airport.
This was by far the worst experience I ever had, upon arriving at the establishment I had already paid 170 dollars for my 7 seater vehicle, at the register they told me I had to pay an extra 500 dollar deposit and then 312 dollars for insurance because i couldn’t use my own insurance because they said we needed a deductible of “250,000” dollars. This place has shadey business practices. They advertise a low rate and then make you purchase their insurance if your insurance has a deductible over $250. I also have insurance through my credit card, and they said if I used that it would be $35/ day.
