Zero stars! Buyer beware!!!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH so they can sell you their own car insurance! I have 250/500 K coverage with a million dollar umbrella and since I have a $1,000 deductible instead of $500 they said that I couldn’t use my own insurance. For a 2 week rental he said that I would have to pay almost $500 for their car insurance! I’m going to file a lawsuit against them because what they are doing is illegal.

🛑🛑🛑DONT RENT HERE🛑🛑🛑 Horrible service – this company is running a scam on customers. From the location itself to the run-down vehicles that look like they were either abandoned on the side of the road or borrowed from friends, nothing about this operation is professional. They tried to charge me $25 a day PLUS 4% on top for tolls, even though I only accumulated about $3 total in tolls for a 4-day rental. My experience with Priceless Car Rental in Fort Lauderdale was extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location. First, the toll policy is completely unreasonable and unethical. Although I have a SunPass account, I attempted to add the rental vehicle’s tag to avoid unnecessary charges. SunPass alerted me that the vehicle had unpaid tolls dating back to February 2022…..meaning I would be responsible for charges that were not mine. DON’T RENT A CAR IN THIS PLACE. They never send me back the money of the deposit and they say it’s something of the bank but I call the bank and they don’t have anything in the account. Also the people when I call to ask for my money or send emails they don’t answer the emails and the phone calls are really rude. Mucho que desear este lugar, ni se gasten!
