Do not book with them, it’s a scam. They are not located in the airport (it’s in a ghetto area 15 mins from the airport and not where google tells you). They don’t have a proper shuttle service and they barely speak English. They charge extra for everything after already paying online. I will never book with them ever again. Horrible place- needs to be shut down.
The check in process was long and inefficient. The staff had major communication barriers. I called ahead and was told there were no rentals available even though I was on their website and clearly saw there were available vehicles. They changed their story when I stated this. I reserved everything online and it said nothing about a $350 security deposit. They told me it was just a hold but when I checked my bank account, it had been withdrawn. This is a terrible car rental company!!! Do NOT rent from them and if you do, you will be sorry. I wish I saw the other terrible reviews before I rented from them. I had a reservation in January of 2021 and waited for them to pick me up at the designated location. After I texted them to tell them I as at the location, I then called and the person that answered told me after I called him for a second time that a car was on the way to pick us up and would be there in 10 minutes. Do not use this car rental company. When I arrived they wanted to charge me another $300 and would not rent car unless I buy their collision insurance. This is the first time I have ever been asked to do this with any car entail company. Next I showed them my insurance and they still wanted to charge me $300.
