I'm back a year after my original review. Although the customer service was great, We were sold a bs truck. Within the 30,000 miles of having my ford explorer that truck has been back and forth to ford multiple times, 100's of dollars put into a car that went to shit 10,000 miles before the warranty was up. Priceless told us to trade it in, and that's not currently in my budget.
