Terrible service! Went in to purchase a king bed frame and owner agreed to hold for us to pick up next day. He then sold it to another customer due to the fact that we were not at the shop by opening time ( didn’t tells us we had a certain time frame!) Very disappointed with the service and only recommended if you are wanting an item to collect that day or if collecting another day to make sure he put a sold sticker on it 😡😡
it will be handy if they had to shop opened when it says it on the website
don’t buy from these people unless you want bed bugs sold me a couch infested with bed bugs and when i called and told them they reckon there’s nothing they can do. have three little kids that’s have been constantly bitten since we got it, plus we paid them an extra $100 on top of the delivery fee . dodgy business realistically any decent person would’ve offered to replace or refund the money, but then you get the dodgy ones like this one.photo for reference after i tried to clean the couch. mind you first time moving to our... read more
Love visiting here, nearly always can find something I like. Last week it was a vase arrangement of beautiful deep rose pink flowers . Staff and delivery are great people.
