I was told my couches came with a life time warranty. When I called for warranty work I was told lifetime is 7 years?

Went in here over 2 years ago for their “going out of business sale” and the prices were pretty high. I drive past this place everyday and it’s still “going out of business” lol. Definitely just a sales tactic to get people in the door thinking they are getting a good deal.

I know why they’re going out of business. Terrible experience. Purchased a table and couch and they delivered the wrong table with one chair and a Bench. They never got back to me and I had to hound and call them daily to get anyone to help me. The table I purchased was “discontinued” so they won’t be able to exchange it for me. Terrible experience

My experience with Price Point Furniture started off promising, but quickly turned into a frustrating two month long ordeal. When we walked in on June 13th, we were greeted by Chris, who was very friendly and gave us space to look around without pressure. He was also helpful when we made our decision to purchase a sectional and ottoman set. We were told it was a best-seller and that they had "tons in stock."
