I purchased a new, high-end bike from Price Point, but it arrived damaged. I contacted Price Point immediately to resolve the issue and its customer service was absolutely terrible. I worked with Edward Dumphy, and he repeatedly took over a week to respond. Ultimately, Edward ghosted me, so I contacted Price Point via Facebook. MUCH BETTER responsiveness and desire to serve customers there. I worked with Rebecca who was understanding and kind.

Placed this order last Thursday, but still no info if it's shipped or a eta. Tracking number does not work, per FedEx. Was told when I ordered that it would be delivered by Friday. Try calling customer service 15 times two days in a row and nobody will answer the phones. Just answering service that loops you in circles endlessly. Will be the last time I buy something here and will definitely not recommend to the bike club.

worst customer service of any online bike retailer. save your time money and frustration and shop elsewhere. customer service is rude, argumentative and unhelpful. I have been ordering from them for over 20 years and the last year they have went downhill. I would spend more elsewhere to get customer service that would help the customer.

Maybe their customer service used to be good, but now it is non existent. You won't reach anyone by phone, and I don't get responses to emails. Yet it is almost worth it to buy from them because their prices are so low. It seems all they carry at this point are closeout or overstock items.
