Worst removalist experience ever. The company provided a quote but doubled the price after the job was completed, without informing me in advance or getting my consent. This is completely unacceptable. It’s clear they did not properly assess or research the job before giving the quote, and then tried to shift the responsibility to the customer afterward. The communication was dishonest and misleading. I would not trust this company and do not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable piano removalist.
Geoff and his offsider, sorry have forgotten his name, moved my piano to a new place up a very steep drive and up stairs. Knows his stuff and his piano. They were amazing and did a great job. Very personable too. 100% recommended
