Good deals but not sure about the cashier. She was laying on the register. I'm assuming she was sick. After waiting on me she walked off and told the Customer behind me she would be back. Only check out opened at the time as well. But good deal on the meat.
Tried Walmart and even drove to Aldi's in Spring Hill, but you just cannot compare the shopping experience! Great low prices and an excellent assortment of everyday items including some of the best cuts of meat you will find anywhere! My own background is in hospitality and retail management, specifically grocery retail and I must say the Lewisburg store has a phenomenal manager! I don't know he / she personally, but I do know they run that store like a well-oiled machine. Why spend what you don't have to?!
I thought I would be saving money shopping at IGA - go to pay on a total of $169.00 plus normal tax- and got charge $198.00- that’s &28.00 in taxes, after researching this charge- IGA IS A FRE FOR FOOD STORE THAT CHARGES AN ADDITIONAL.10% on ever item you buy plus taxes. I will never shop here again. I save more money at Walmart- people are being scammed by IGA AKA LOW COST FOOD- And IGA DOES NOT DISCLOSE THIS BEFORE YOU SHOP!
