Would not reccomend using Steven Alpert if you have anything that involves a UCC. He told me everything would be fine bankrupting my solar loan. Im now struggling to sell me home due to them not redeeming the panels properly to get the UCC lifted. I emailed them back on March 19th 2025 and was told they would handle it. I found out in December the lien still exist. Now the attorney wants $3000+ to re-open and redeem the solar panels so I can lift the cloud on my title. They were very rude to me and made me feel stupid. Their aggressive approach is too much. They asked the same questions multiple times and acted like they would prefer to help the predatory debtors get ahead instead of regular people. They could have just said they could not help me but instead wasted over an hour of my time.
