The experience I had with this firm was entirely positive (so much so that I am in disbelief at some of the negative reviews which describe an experience so unlike the one I had). Hired this firm for a complex eviction proceeding in Housing Court. Heather Ticotin handled my case and was aggressive in her advocacy and kept me updated on anything I needed to know about my case. RUN . Find a different fine and attorney. I used them a few years ago, overcharged me. We settled a case, came up with multiple fake charges on the invoice when money was sitting in escrow. I bright to a malpractice attorney and decided to scam they’re running isn’t with pursuing unless it’s a class action. Do yourself a favor, if you already hired them, no phone calls only email. I own an apartment and needed an attorney to evict a tenant. I hired The Price Law Firm LLC and they were great. I had a previous attorney who never communicated and my case never seemed to move along. I hired this firm and we were able to get a settlement done within a month. They were extremely aggressive in accomplishing my goals and I couldn't be more grateful. Highly recommend!

I am very shocked by the negative reviews as I had an extremely positive experience with this firm. I hired them to defend me in a holdover commenced by my landlord. Heather was able to get the case dismissed and communicated what was happening to me the entire time. The papers filed on my behalf always seems to be extremely well drafted and I could not be more pleased with the results. If you are looking for an aggressive advocate, I cannot recommend this firm more!
