If you want fresh sliced meats or cheeses from the deli use CAUTION. I went in to buy some chicken for dinner (around 6:15pm). They were fixing to shut down the deli station. The woman behind the counter was talking to the man trying to clean the slicers. Her quote "yeah I know that you're supposed to take those machines apart but no one does. Just wipe it down real good." WHAT!? The reason you ASOLUTELY NEED to take apart those machines to clean them is due to the cracks and moving parts that can, and will, trap bacteria. H... read more
