arrived at this store around 8:27 p.m., knowing they close at 9:00 p.m., but the lights were already turned off. When I asked an employee if the store was closed, he said “No, she just likes to shut the lights off before we close.” The store was completely dark, which made shopping uncomfortable and unsafe.
