Appointment set for between 8am-8pm. My husband stayed him from work, and nobody showed up, not even a phone call. He called, and they said it wouldn’t fit on the truck that day and we could come get it… it’s a 500lb piece of exercise equipment. They were contracted by Averitt to do the last mile shipping for a Signature Hardware order. No one answers phones, claim their trucks are broken down, promise to deliver and continue to not show.

They have held my order for over a month and will not get back to me. I am not so sure someone at this company has taken my couch home with them. The most unprofessional liars I have ever been in contact with. This company should be completely terminated, let alone management had the audacity to cuss at us because they’re “training” and only have 1 person working for a month. I have threatened to sue and now that I know which company this, i’ll likely be going through with it. What a disgrace. these people have no morals.
