Worst spot to pickup. I don’t know why the big white office lady had it in for me. I got there at 12:30 she said i have a 5pm appointment. The only thing i said back to her was ok no worries. she said we will give you a call if we can load you earlier. I came back in around 4:45ish. I asked if there was an update. She said i still have a 5pm appointment and there was 5 trucks with 5pm appointments that all had arrived after me that are ahead of me. I got upset and asked how does that make sense. They do have overnight parking easy docks slow loading appoit. 9am got door at 10:50am and paperwork ready by 11:10am
