A great place to bank , friendly people.
I have been at Sunmark now for I think a little over two years. I love everything about it. I love the people who work there I go to the one on Princetown Road in Rotterdam. I’m sorry I can’t remember all the names but every single person in there is very lovely and very personable. I love their mobile app. I love their customer service. I used to love this credit union but now I check my account there is always some new problem. Not being informed of check hold is the newest....deposit check and the available balance and the current balance say its all on there but low and behold they are holding half🤬 now I get an overdraft fee and it is my fault that they don't tell you everything! It was as if everyone knew me- I was in the market to open a new business account. So, naturally, I went to the place I loved. But things were different- they were in the middle of a merger.
