This place is unbelievably bad. Every time I go, there is an unbelievable lack of checkout availability. The last time I went, the self-checkout wasn't even open (no idea why). The two lanes that were open had lines 15 people deep. I was trying to buy TWO items. Tonight, the self-checkout was open, but only one other lane. There are only 5 self-checkout registers. This location has gone down hill. Only one lane open for check out. ( come on it's a grocery store) Self check out even worse long line and long wait time. Then the person covering self check out did not assist customers she busy worrying about how many items in everyone cart. Poor customer service.

I love Price Chopper. The only other chain I have appreciated this much is Market Basket in NH. They also do a great job.

The store is nice. The employee that maintained the bottle room today around 9am was awful. Extremely unprofessional. He used the f word and never emptied the bins. He used a broom to sweep glass off the top of the inside of the bin and got it all over the floor. I had many bottles, he never came back to unload it. I took the broom and swept up the glass into a pile so no one stepped on it. I tried talking to him and he walked away and went outside to talk to a woman who was vaping out front. Price chopper? More like price gouger. Everything is very expensive even with the advantage edge card. Youre better off driving 10 mins down the road to aldi or walmart.
