Super friendly staff. Ordered a cake and cupcakes that were liked by everyone.
Selection sucks, so does prices. I suppose that's true everywhere but it's the best option in the area unless you're going to go all the way to Oneonta we're up to Richfield. Most of the staff are cool. Miss Becky that runs the self checks in the afternoons is an absolute angel! I would shop here if for no other reason because she is here to greet us. Decent grocery store with decent prices. If only they had a store in either Mt Morris or Leicester.
This is possibly the worst grocery store for 100 miles . Just returned some rotten lamb shanks . Absolutely gross 🤢. No apologies no excuses. “Meat department isn’t in after 2:30” well maybe you should change that . Oh and if they didn’t negligently hurt the old meat man Mr. Clinton who is a beloved local and long time high school shop teacher maybe someone would give a care in the meat department. About 80% of the time on sale items are out of stock. In the deli customer service is horrible. Not to name any names but the deli worker whose name starts with a c and ends with a y avoid at all costs. She will not help you and always has an attitude. Her favorite response to anything not in directly related to deli is " it's not my department" for the rest of the store I give an overall rating of 5 stars for their custmer service.
