They have horrible customer service! I was shopping and they had no carts inside to grab and I asked if they had any carts inside the employee saw that my hands full of items and they didnt even have the curiosity to grab a cart for me. I had to put all my items down and go outside and grab a cart.
The people in my Price chopper that work there just ask them if you can't find it they'll bring you right to it the people that work there are very friendly
You charge 10 cents for a bag why i got to look for the cashier. Got my own then came over with an attitude,stop looking for boyfriends at work
The prices are chill, but the energy at the registers? Straight outta Worldstar. You’ve got cashiers beefing like it’s a reality show, yelling over each other while customers and little kids are standing in line just tryna get groceries. I came for a sale, not a smackdown. Price Chopper, y’all winning on prices, but losing on class. Fix that front line, it’s giving ratchet deli drama.
The seafood department is so ghetto y’all needs whole lot of training on how to talk to customers honestly and truly.
