There’s a little bit of racist arrogance from the employees at this store. The employee diversification in the customer service section needs to be diversified at check out. Newburgh/New Windsor is too small town minded when it comes to race. Yes it’s a way. To be mature about it but it’s also a way for a business to be diverse enough so that racism isn’t seen or felt. I had a great experience at the deli counter yesterday thanks to Megan M. She was so kind, patient, and attentive, making sure my order was exactly right. Her friendly attitude and genuine care really stood out and made the experience so much better. Megan provided excellent customer service, and I truly appreciated her help.
Great vegetables and fruit
Management seems poor. The normal workers are very nice but the managers are entitled and rude.
