Poor management at the Binghamton Price Chopper. Never enough cashiers open, long lines and the self check area has half of them open. This has been an ongoing problem for several years and no matter how many times people complain nothing is done. Managers are nowhere to be seen.
You can’t buy stuff off empty shelves....
Nice clean store...well stocked, great meat. HOWEVER...I am irritated with them because like others they are cutting back on cashiers and trying to force people to use the self check out. News flash you do not pay me to work for you free while you cut staff. You are not a discount store
Some food vegan options and they keep adding more
AWFUL cashing out experience!!!! The cashier dropped my fruit wit no apology. Took a coupon off a bag and threw it out! I was then told it was not a real coupon. Had it not been for the customer service correction o the coupon, I would have never shopped here again!
They offer BOGO then they don't have the offer. Went two different times today and both times no product. I'll shop at Weis or Aldi's If they advertise it they have it
I always shop here. Great items. Great prices. Always friendly employees. But tonight was different. Had a male cashier who insisted on rather talking about his day to the guy bagging. Instead of efficiently scanning my items and making it look like he cared, he was slouched over, very slowly using one hand to scan my items and just went on with talking to his friend. Very disappointed.
