Today was my last visit to this location. Self-checkout software and scales are defective. Attendants run around from customer to customer as error 'Please put the item back in the bag', or 'Please scan the last item, waiting for attendant' is blasting from each register. Staff is indignant in their explanation that the customers aren't following the scanning process correctly, the scale is sensitive, they didn't scan before putting the item in the bag, etc.. Welcome to the 20th century!
Poor management at the Binghamton Price Chopper. Never enough cashiers open, long lines and the self check area has half of them open. This has been an ongoing problem for several years and no matter how many times people complain nothing is done. Managers are nowhere to be seen.
the store on glenwood ave in binghamton has terrrible service.have to wait in line forever.and anytime of day i still have to wait a very long time.im not going back there again and im telling my friends too
