I had great customer service from Chrissy at the Franklin st store she was awesome and she went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted I will be going back or calling back.
Walked into the Forestville MD location and everyone was friendly. We were immediately helped by Mrs. Nene who helped us through the entire experience. She had so much patience and was informative about the furniture. I would definitely purchase here again. The prices were affordable.
Worst store ever. Spent $1000 on bunk beds and they didn’t deliver all the pieces. We tried for months to get the pieces and they told us they don’t keep specific pieces there was nothing they could do. The beds couldn’t be put together at all. We ended up having to trash everything. The company told us we agreed to keep everything when we signed the delivery papers and all of their furniture is sold “as is”. Do not do business with them.
I would like to commend Chrissy @ Franklin St Price Busters. I had filled out the credit application just to be doing something, while browsing on the website. She was very helpful in assisting me with selecting furniture. The reclining loveseat and sofa were not in stock & would be several weeks before arriving. She took pictures of similar sets that was in stock to show me and even tried out the comfort level of the cushion. This was ALL done ONLINE. I have been looking for so long I gave up than Ms Carella out of the central store called knee what I wanted and the rest was history she was super kind she was on it didn't miss a beat.
