I don’t really know where to start this experience has been nothing but frustrating and stressful, I really hope they make it right, this folks come highly recommended and it seems like they do not care to accommodate their clients. I been having to chase my attorney for answers. The initial offer I receive was disrespectful and this second one might be just as bad. I reached out to PB to retain an attorney for a deeply personal matter, and their outsourced intake department is rude, abrasive and completely lacks compassion. When reaching out to an attorney, clients need gentleness and kindness. Not to feel like just another number.
