We had an excellent experience with PRI! The captioner, Christine, was outstanding! She skillfully addressed last-minute technical challenges and successfully integrated CART captions into Zoom while also projecting them in the classroom. Her expertise made a real difference in ensuring our disability community event was accessible. 10/10, would highly recommend!
