Rob did a great job of getting my bike back up and running. Very friendly and attentive to details. Definitely going back!
Great guy. Fast service. Even picked up and delivered the bike when done. He fixed my bike better than new for a fraction of the cost other shops wanted. Highly recommend and will do business with again.
Can't say enough about how good my experience was with Bob and PRF Bicycles. First of all, he picks up and drops off your bicycle at no extra charge. I thought my gear shifter was messed up behind repair and asked him to just replace it if that was indeed the case. Instead, he calls me back a couple hours later to say it's fixed and just needed adjusting. My bike rides better than the day I bought it, and for a third the price of the last name brand shop I brought it too!
Super nice owner with excellent customer service! I couldn't find the style of bike I need in any local stores, so I ordered one online. It came partially assembled and my husband completed the assembly, but it definitely needed a pro to fine-tune it. I called around to other bike shops in the area and Bob, the owner of PRF, gave me the best price. He picked up my new bike and delivered it back to me ready to ride at a price that couldn't be beat.
We were in Hutchinson with a broken spoke. The local bike shop just closed on Saturday and would not be available on Sunday for repairs. Bob met us on the way about 20 miles south for us that Sunday in his Mini Cooper carrying everything to change out a spoke. He put in a new spoke, trued the wheel, adjusted the brakes and tightened a few things. He did this on Sunday between church and other obligations driving 20 miles to meet us.
