There was a rude little man who looked in his 40s working behind the counter who hurled absolute verbal abuse at my 90-year-old grandmother. I find it absolutely appalling they are allowing this kind of treatment of any customer let alone an old woman. Do better!!
I had the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life in this little shop in Ashburton. The lovely older lady behind the counter is knowledgeable about the products and was so thoughtful in wrapping up my purchase as I told it was a present for someone overseas. She went above and beyond from the minute I stepped in the store to make sure she attended to my needs and help in any way. I will definitely be coming back again soon.
