Went to Winter Garden Service center for correction to my slide. Butch the guru for slides attempted to correct my problem. It was frustrating as he applied a correction and the problem would go away for a couple operations of slide and then reappear. He contacted several outside sources and applied their suggestions. Edit to ONE STAR (failure of management) I'm receiving Toll Tickets and lane violations in the mail because the toll roads for a test drive / joy ride on the FL Turn Pike (SR 91) joy ride on a Friday... I purchased my bus because I love Prevost. I also am a fan of Prevost’s maintenance technicians. They are down to earth, professional, possess attention to detail that any employer would love to have on their team. I was blown away by the performance of Heath Burnett, Brandon, Howard McFarlane, and, Ricky Harper. My jaw dropped when I met these outstanding people. The guys were super professional and efficient. I love that they did an entire visual inspection of my coach and found a couple of minor oil leaks and a leaky alternator seal besides the brake issue I had it in for. Thank you for your thoroughness. I will be back.
