I am somewhat disappointed with Prevost Law Firm. I initially submitted a request for an appointment 11 days ago to see if they could assist me with opening a case regarding my solar panels. After waiting all that time and making space in my busy work schedule for a call, I received a last-minute request from them for some paperwork,just 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment. Connie has been wonderful. She calls back like she said she would and is very reassuring.
Professional and informative
The person I spoke to over the phone, was very helpful. The firm couldn’t take my case, but anyways; I had more knowledge of what I can do after the phone call.
