Judge Preville has to be the absolute worst private judge in the East Bay. After having experienced her for two years in a simple divorce case I found her to be extremely biased, very opinionated and slower then anything I have ever experienced within a modern day court system. Sometimes it took a year for her to hear and rule on a simple motion.
