On reflection of my appointment I felt I really should share my thoughts as I based my trust in these 5 star reviews. I arrived on time for my 15 min appointment at 10am and was not seen until 10:20am (Receptionists are welcoming and efficient). Dr Bull was pleasant enough but on reflection I feel he rushed my appointment (he seemed to have another patient waiting in the next room and the nurse popped in a couple of times seemingly to hurry him, which I also found very off putting considering he was in the middle of my exami... read more
Very professional and efficient. Dr. Bull extremely personable, staff very friendly.
Great experience right from the start with really easy website to navigate and book your own appointment, then follow up with all the information you need on the day, Staff were well organised and friendly as was Dr Bull also who set my mind at ease straight away. It was a long way for me to travel from Woodgate but definitely worth it. Thanks again!
I noticed the coordination between staff and it gave me the confidence that this service is run like a well oiled machine. I was impressed with the punctuality, friendliness and efficiency of all staff and felt respected as an individual.
