Worth every penny! Our company has used Prevatte Law a few times over the last few years. She saved us thousands of dollars in fines when she represented an employee charged with not having a CDL in a case with an overzealous DOT officer. (The case was dismissed and the employee’s criminal history record was expunged.) We like that she can easily handle cases at the county, State or Federal levels.
