There are always busy and you can never get a ride it's sad because they're the only taxi in this town and they're funded by the government and no one can get a ride from them and there's tons of people in this town that can't drive
The dispatcher Renee is super rude, has no phone manners and yelled at me and then insisted that she couldn’t schedule my rides that I “need” to be able to go to work. Is there a policy against that or something?
I am very satisfied with PC service. The dispatchers ( Courtney and Renee) were clear and things went as they explained. Robin provided wonderful service (with patience). Got my wife from the nursing home to her home. I’m not sure why there are negative reviews this is a wonderful and affordable provision.
