Overall, my family and I were disappointed with our experience with Pretty Pixels. Sarah did offer us a $100 refund for our disappoints, which I appreciate, but the lack of communication & photos still left us disappointed. My main complaints are: it took her over 60 days to send me a single photo from the wedding - our contract stated 20 days. Pretty Pixels Photography is truly gifted at taking photos and turning them into artwork. We had the pleasure of having Sarah as our wedding photographer and she was amazing to work with. Sarah did our photos for our wedding in August. We had to reschedule from May to August due to covid. She was very flexible and did great work. She got us our pictures when she told us she would. Definitely going to hire her again for special occasions in the future!
Would not recommend. I paid $500 and had a contract a set date. When the wedding came no one showed up. I was devastated my guest had to pull their phone out to take pictures come to find out they forgot to put me in their books. Pretty pixels ruined my special moments. And I was working with the Owner Sarah. Negative 6 stars
Pretty Pixels Photography worked with us on creating images to promote and celebrate the Kentucky Special Olympics Summer Games. Their photographer was a wonder with our special athletes. They were all very nervous about being in front of the camera but she very quickly made them comfortable and had they laughing and smiling. The images of our special athletes turned out so wonderful that we used them in all our print, social and broadcast media. We will most definitely use Pretty Pixels for as many upcoming jobs As we can.
