Alex was super patient and professional. She took her time explaining the procedure and choosing my lip color. She was super careful and sensitive to any pain. The results are beautiful!
I was unsure if I should do my eyebrows, they were not looking good from years of plucking. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me in detail.
