I got in touch to place a consultation with the owner sometime in spring this year, she forgot on the first scheduled date, then rearranged for the second time and she forgot again. She was not bothered that I was actually sourcing for a customised outfit. It seems she only does business for 'influencers' or those who are Internet famous. Find her unfazed profession rude. Plenty of small owner Indian wear designers out there who actually care and want your time and be committed from the very first consultation.

We are in LOVE with Pretty Heritage! My husband and I had some outfits made for some family weddings and they are absolutely beautiful. During our first meeting with Monita I instantly knew that she was the right person to make our outfits. She listens to your vision, sketches out designs and is very honest about what works, looks good etc. Furthermore, her customer service is one of the best I have come across in this industry.
