Trash Update : The owner’s response wasn’t accurate. I never received the “three emails” they mentioned, and instead of continuing the back-and-forth, I went with another company. I emailed Innovation Tree on Tuesday, and by Thursday the job was done — professional, easy, no drama. That’s the kind of service I was looking for. Also congrats on finding our LinkedIn’s unsure how that’s relevant. Do better
READ UPDATE AT END. They don’t respond back to inquiries if you aren’t getting a million trees off your property. Even though I wasn’t inquiring about more than 5 they also lost a referral sale as well. Clearly they don’t need the money but I’ll support another company who does! Preston has always done a wonderful job with my trees. I have used them many times . Very professional and do a great job cleaning up after their trimming and or removing trees.
