I attended this clinic on a Saturday and was really impressed with the nurse working that day. She was managing everything on her own- reception,phone call and acupuncture connection -yet remained calm, professional and kind throughout my visit. I took my dad there for doctor appointment on Saturday , the nurse at the reception was very nice and friendly , she also speak mandarin , which helps my dad a lot. She is very responsible and patient, definitely recommend this medical Center. Doctor is also very good here.
感觉这家诊所像黑店，早上九点临时预约医生，她们说可以马上过去说今天周六要加$30，心想感冒比较严重，加钱就加钱等到了一登记说电脑没有记录，要加$60我说很多年前来过，但是前台接待跟我说了一句超过三年就不算按新病人对待，我就想问一句病人去找医生看病还分三六九，我以为到了娱乐场所tm还要vip，气的连病也不看直接拿卡走人。
The doctors are reasonable but the reception staff is terrible. Keep educating me how to make an appointment, without understanding my questions. Very rude and bad service.
