Despite being 45 minutes from where I live, I took my Malibu here March 2026 to replace the torque converter. Excellent work, excellent customer service, and excellent prices. It took longer than expected due to trouble getting parts, but he kept me updated. The reason I used this shop instead of the ones closer to my home is this guy knows what he's doing, and he has great work ethics. The peace of mind knowing it was being done right means alot to me. I highly recommend this shop.
John is truly amazing and goes above and beyond for his customers.
He had my car about 2 months. It died a few months later. Didn't know what he was doing. Lost about $4K because of PCT. The absolute worst. Avoid him.
