Need friendlier people to answer their phones. Ones who don’t sigh at you while you’re trying to talk to them. And to boot, their darn online payment site is junk! Couldn’t pay my bill online(not because I didn’t try!) and they won’t take payments over the phone. 🤷♀️
I called to pay and they told me to pay online but for some reason I can’t load the page at all I’ve tried on multiple devices
