Service here is like a rare deep-sea creature—technically it exists, but good luck spotting it. We waited over 30 minutes while two employees engaged in an intense, high-stakes mission to assist one customer with six jugs of water. I get it, water changes are key, and perhaps this water was blessed by Poseidon himself. But considering I was about to drop $1,500 on coral, I kinda hoped someone could acknowledge my existence. Maybe hire staff who can walk and talk at the same time? Just a thought.
The Staff is good but the owner is very rude. Bought a heater then tried to return on 2 hours later because it was not operational he said once it is used I have to contact manufacturer. I'm not doing business any more in there ..Just run
