They are horrible! I received a text to inform me drive would be picking me up at 6:19, at 6:45 no driver, I called and dispatch said they will be there in 10 minutes, my appointment at 7:15, I was 30 minutes away, plus had to allow extra time for morning traffic. The driver that picked me up was rude and was driving like a bat out of HELL, very unsafe Royal- V25. He drive with his cell phone in his hands, and texting. They are horrible rude and never one time and disrespectful the dispatch will hang up on you and has no care or consideration at all my services are paid for my the government so they are paid as a dialysis patient i would no never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy
