Would not recommend this company to anyone! If they had minus ratings I would have put that!! They cold called my mum who is a vulnerable adult- did not give her the chance to have me who is her carer the opportunity to attend the appointment and took £3140 from her- on checking the paperwork we were informed that it was not worth the paper it was written on- a letter was written to the company stating that she did not want to continue-they refused to reimburse her money and have not answered her letters requesting refund be... read more
Wasn't put of by a couple of bad reviews as I'm sure this company see hundreds of clients per month, that don't take the time to leave good feedback. Great service and value for money. Thanks to Mr Hesketh for personally dealing with my service and keeping me informed at all times.

Wasn't told that there would be extra fees when the bloke come round until i had documents sent through the post wanting more money. They are con merchants and was a con over all. As im getting more letter asking for more money what i refused to pay and wouldn't let me cancel as they kept trying to change my mind. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AS I LOST OVER £3,000 +
