I do not recommend because although the company is fast to respond but they command that you create a profile on their website and fill in all your information on their behalf so they can simply give you the estimate in this case you might as well file your own taxes if you're going to be taking the time and also giving away your information without knowing if this is legitimate or not. That's unusual normally none of the companies do it and when I sent an email with the W-2 to get an estimate it was totally ignored.
