My company has been working with PSI since 2019, we don't have a lot of collection issues thankfully, but when there is nothing further we can do, we send them to Tangie. She never gives up and has been successful at collecting almost 100%. If you get past the line, and your customer is no longer reasonable, I recommend sending them to Tangie. Kirk
