The bad review are coming from the fact that they don’t care about their workers. If their CNA are treated like trash how do you expect their residents to get quality care?

I'm giving a five star rating with a nod to pay attention to those who speak of the slow response to use of the call button. The call button is a button on your bed that signals the nursing station you need attention. But the people who work there are without fail, ANGELS. I had a life threatening accident that had a major hip surgery involved that isn't going well. I was taken to Prestige Care Milwaukee Oregon and was there for about eight weeks. I don’t understand where the bad reviews are coming from, but my experience here has been only positive with the nursing staff going above and beyond to ensure that Im Safe and comfortable while I recover from botulism, sepsis, and pneumonia. Over the past few months I have been to multiple hospitals and specialty rehab facilities and hands down this is the best one I have been to. I am very upset...my mother waited so long after pushing the call button for the nurse to come..they never did. So she got herself (she just had a stroke mind you) up and fell and hit her head on the ground. She is very upset. And I am as well. This is even after filing a grievance for one of the CNA's force feeding her.
