Love it here, willing to come back anytime
I watched an employee use only one wipe to first clean the backside of a patient(after patient had used a bedpan) and then continue using the same wipe to clean the front genitalia and around there. This is NOT professional.
Honestly doesn’t even deserve a star… I worked there did my best, boss was lazy now fired, other employees were really rude to the staff and residents, can’t work in that kind of toxicity, and they ignore the residents so badly I found a resident on the floor crying for help, leaving dirty diapers everywhere PLACE DONT GO THERE OR TAKE A LOVED ONE THERE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY!
My Father in law is here, and what I have experienced was a very caring, loving, tentative staff here. Very pleased with the care that he is receiving here.
